Georgie & Harry got hitched at a hidden gem in Surrey – Hampton Court golf club. Nestled amongst 600 acres of Royal Park in the desirable borough of Richmond upon Thames, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Despite not being far from London, the tranquility and beautiful grounds will trick you in to feeling like you are in the heart of the rural Surrey countryside.

The grounds were idyllic for Georgie & Harry’s portraits; I whisked them away on a golf cart about five minutes from the venue, where Hampton Court Palace gracefully stood in the distance as the perfect backdrop. Leading up to Hampton Court Palace, there is an extraordinary canal and tree-lined pathways, accompanied by highly maintained lawns. The combination of history, beauty and gorgeous sunlight made their portraits not only beautiful, but loads of fun to shoot!

There was plenty of outdoor space back at Hampton Court golf club, ideal for Georgie & Harry as they wanted it to feel like an outdoor wedding but wanted plenty of inside space in case it rained. Hampton Court golf club offered the best of both worlds and catered for everyone.

Not only am I a Surrey wedding photographer, I also grew up and still happily live in Surrey. Having been to Hampton Court Palace as a child, it was such a nostalgic, special day going back as a wedding photographer.
